Terms and conditions/ TERMS OF AGREEMENT
You must be 21 years of age to attend this course. You will have to show I.D on the first day.
You understand that the cost of this course is $500.
$450 will be paid beforehand to reserve a spot. $50 cash will be due on the first day of the course, and paid directly to the venue where the class takes place.
You understand that the $50 paid to the venue covers the use of the venue and cost of any alcohol that you may consume during the course. The $50 payment is a direct transaction between you and the venue.
You also understand that this payment will be due whether you intend to consume any alcohol or not.
You understand that the venue has all the rights afforded to it as a bar and can refuse to allow alcohol consumption to anyone deemed unfit by the bar or by the instructors of the course.
You understand that you are not attending the course to get drunk or buzzed. This is an educational course, and consumption of alcohol will only be allowed where deemed appropriate for educational purposes.
CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
The student has the right to cancel enrollment and obtain a refund.
1. The student has the right to cancel this agreement and receive a full refund of all charges less the amount of $150.00 for the registration fee if he/she cancels this agreement prior to or on the first day of institution.
2. Cancellation shall occur when you give written notice of cancellation to Cheeky Concepts LLC at the MAILING ADDRESS of 149 S Barrington Ave, #215, Los Angeles, CA 90049
3. The written notice of cancellation must be registered or certified by the post office and is effective from the postmarked date. Hand-delivered mail is effective on the date received, which will be signed/dated by someone at the mailing address.
4. The written notice of cancellation need not take any particular form and, however expressed, it is effective if it shows that you no longer wish to be bound by this agreement.
5. For the purpose of calculating refunds: unless the student cancels in writing as noted above, the student will be considered in attendance in any and all classes until such time as written cancellation is received by Cheeky Concepts, LLC regardless of time actually attended.

Note: eGift Cards can only be retuned as a credit for future different classes when available.
COMPLETION AND JOB LEADS
Upon successful completion of the course, exam and payment in full of all tuition and fees, the student will receive a Certificate of Completion. Neither the course nor any representative can promise or guarantee that the student will find a job or how much salary he/she can earn. The course will provide the student with as many job leads as it receives. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the school and request job leads. There is no charge for any job leads.
NOTE: Acknowledging the reading of the “Terms of Conditions” is the same as signing and dating the contract.
